2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Guest Speaker Tobias Degsell

As an active member of the European Hematology Association, you have a direct role in shaping the future of the Association. In 2026, members are invited to participate in important governance decisions that will influence how EHA develops in the years ahead.

The AGM will take place on Thursday, 11 June, 2026 in Stockholm during the EHA2026 Congress. The meeting will start at 18:15 CEST and will be accessible via live stream for members who are unable to attend in person. During the AGM, members attending onsite or online will also be invited to vote live on the standard agenda items. Your participation helps ensure that EHA continues to reflect the voice of its community.

If you are registered for the EHA2026 Congress in Stockholm and will join us in person:
Kindly retrieve your Congress badge at the registration area. The AGM will take place in Hall A9.

If you attend online:
You can log in to the EHA2026 Congress platform using your credentials and follow the live stream. The livestream will open at 18:00 CEST.

During the meeting, the statutory agenda items will be presented for live voting.

Voting is open to EHA Full Members, EHA Junior Members, and Joint EHA and National Society Members.

If you are attending in person, you can cast your vote by scanning the QR code displayed in the hall.

If you are joining online, you will be able to vote directly via the Congress platform during the session.

For members holding an EHA Healthcare-affiliated professional and Honorary membership, it is not possible to vote during the AGM. For a full explanation, please read page 2, Article 4 paragraph 3 and 5 of the Articles of Association.

If you are an EHA member and registered for the EHA2026 Congress, you already have direct access to this members‑only meeting. Members who are eligible to attend the AGM will also receive a link to attend virtually in case they will not be present in person

If you won’t attend the EHA2026 Congress in Stockholm but are an EHA member who wants to join the AGM in person, please contact [email protected] before June 4. We will prepare a temporary access badge for you, which you can collect from the EHA2026 Registration Area (member only – AGM) on Thursday, June 11.

Yes, your membership category allows you to attend the AGM as an observer. You will not be entitled to nominate or vote in the EHA ballot. For a full explanation, please read page 2, Article 4 paragraph 3 and 5 of the Articles of Association.
