This initiative was developed by Young National Society Ambassadors and reviewed by EHA Specialized Working Group Chairs, bringing together the perspective of early-career clinicians with expert oversight from established leaders in the field. The guide covers 18 focused chapters, each addressing key hematological emergencies and high-risk clinical scenarios. Content is practical and evidence-informed, presented in a clear, structured format to support rapid consultation in emergency and on-call situations.
