- Public transport; your registration fee includes free use of public transport on the 4 congress days: Thursday, June 14 to Sunday, June 17
Please find below all information regarding the upcoming registration, fees and policies. All deadlines are according to Central European Summer Time.
After May 10, 2018 only credit card payments are accepted. Fees include VAT.

The registration fees include 25% Swedish VAT.
The Education Book will only be made available via the EHA Learning Center and will not be printed. Hard copies of the Abstract book can be purchased during the online registration process as of January 1, 2018. Additionally, abstracts will be made available on the website and in the mobile app.
For groups of 2-9 delegates:
Should you wish to register 2 -9 delegates, please use the online registration form available here.
This allows you to make one single payment and receive one invoice for all booked items for all your group members. Should you wish to receive separate invoices for each group member, please register them via the individual online registration form.
Please note: The above link for small group online registration only allows you to purchase congress registrations for your group members.
The booking of congress registrations and hotel rooms has been divided into 2 separate processes to allow you as a group leader, to receive separate invoices (with different billing addresses if needed) and to process the bookings when required (you are able to books rooms first and purchase registrations after you have secured the rooms).
Hotel reservations for small groups:
Should you wish to also make hotel reservations up to 9 rooms, this must be done separately in a different online booking form available here.
Please note that these rooms are available for congress attendees only, so all persons booking a hotel room should also be registered to attend the 23rd Congress. Hotel rooms for non-congress attendees cannot be guaranteed (even if paid in full) and the congress secretariat reserves the right to cancel these bookings, should no congress registration be received for these persons.

Invitation letter for visa application
All delegates requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter during the online registration. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees. Please note that the organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a full refund of the registration fees to congress secretariat by e-mail (EHAregistration@mci-group.com) before May 10. A scanned copy of the visa decline letter should be attached to your request. For requests received after May 10, the cancellation policy for general congress registrations will apply.
Payment of registration fees
Payment by credit card
The online registration platform is a secured site. VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard and American Express are the only credit cards accepted. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive a paid invoice (receipt) by email.
Payment by bank transfer
Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an unpaid invoice for your registration fees by email. This invoice includes all payment instructions as well as your registration number to mention as reference of the payment. Upon receipt of your payment, your registration will be confirmed to you by email. Please be informed that a fee of €5 will apply for paying by bank transfer. Please note that payment by bank transfer and Purchase of order is only accepted until May 10, 2018. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.
Name changes will be accepted free of charge until May 10, 2018. After this date a name change fee of € 30 will be imposed. The previously booked registration items will be automatically taken over to the replacing person's registration.
Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is May 10, 2018. The congress secretariat should be notified in writing. Refund of paid registration fees, minus € 100 administration charges will be made after the congress. Please note that no refunds will be made after May 10, 2018.

Your donation is subject to 0% VAT and is non-refundable in case of the cancellation of your registration for the 23rd Congress of EHA.
