Group registration

Welcome to the group registration page of the EHA2021 Virtual Congress. On this page you can find all the information regarding the registration fees, process and applicable terms.

Online group registration is open

Group registrations are available for groups of 10 or more participants. Please read the following information carefully:

For all groups registered by May 14, 2021 (23:59 CEST) the following conditions apply:

  • During the booking process, group leaders are:
    • not required to indicate the names or any other details of each participants during the booking process.
    • are required to enter the contact details and billing address of the group leader/contact person
    • are required to confirm the number of registrations (per membership category) they wish to purchase.
  • After receipt of the registration fee payment in full, the group leader will receive access to the registration portal.
  • On the registration portal, the group leader must enter the following details for each participant:
    • Full name
    • Personal email address
    • Membership status – for (Junior) EHA members their membership number is required
    • Third party mailing consent (for each participant we ask you to confirm whether you give EHA permission to use the e-mail address of the (non) Health Care Professional being registered for third party mailings related to this congress)
  • Deadline to enter the participant details is May 24, 2021 (23:59 CEST).
  • Approximately 1 week before the congress launch date (June 9, 2021), the participants booked in the group will receive access information for the virtual congress platform on the email address provided by the group leader.

Important: The email address provided for each participant must be unique and personal to them. The participants will be required to create a personal profile linked to this email address and during the profile creation they will receive a confirmation link on this email address. 

  • After May 14, 2021, group leaders can no longer add registrations to an existing group booking.
  • After May 24, 2021, group leaders can no longer make changes to the names of the participant inside their group registration.
  • After May 14, 2021, for all new group bookings, the full details of all participants must be supplied at the time of booking. Instructions for this process will be published here closer to the date.

There are reduced registration fees available for (Junior) EHA Members - register in time and benefit from great discounts! Participants can apply for or renew their 2021 membership already now, but before May 24, 2021 (23:59 CEST) to take advantage of this offer.

The registration fees for groups are the same as for individuals, there is no discount for group registrations. Please find below the deadlines and fees for registering to the EHA2021 Virtual Congress:

The registration fees include 21% Dutch VAT.

** Participants up to 36 years of age (born in 1984 or after).

The full congress registration fee includes:

  • Access to the full live program and on-demand content until August 15, 2021
  • Access to the YoungEHA Research Meeting
  • Access to Abstract book and E-posters
  • Access to Industry and non-profit partners
  • Opportunity to network with congress participants around the world

Participants will have access to the virtual congress platform from June 9, 2021 until August 15, 2021 (23:59 CEST).

YoungEHA Research Meeting

The meeting focuses on basic and translational research in hematology, and included contributions from European research groups as well as international keynote speakers. The YoungEHA Research Meeting aims to help forge collaborations between research groups and offer a unique occasion to exchange ideas in one of the most active areas for research in hematology. Access to the YoungEHA Research Meeting is included in the Full Congress Registration.

After April 30, 2021 only credit card payments are accepted.

Participants who register for the YoungEHA Research Meeting only will have access to this meeting and will not see any content related to the main congress. The access to the YoungEHA Research Meeting will be valid until August 15, 2021 (23:59 CEST).

Payment of registration fees

Payment by credit card
The online registration platform is a secured site. VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard and American Express are the only credit cards accepted. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive a paid invoice (receipt) by email. 

Payment by bank transfer
Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an unpaid invoice for your registration fees by email. This invoice includes all payment instructions as well as your registration number to mention as reference of the payment. Upon receipt of your payment, your registration will be confirmed to you by email. Please note that payment by bank transfer and Purchase order is only accepted until April 30, 2021 (23:59 CEST). After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted. 

Name changes

Name changes can be processed by the group leader free of charge until May 24, 2021 (23:59 CEST) via the group registration portal. After this date, name changes are no longer possible.

Cancellation of registration

For all cancellations, the congress secretariat must be notified in writing by sending an e-mail to ehagroups@mci-group.com. The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • In case the cancellation is received before the deadline for early registration fee (April 30, 2021; 23:59 CEST), your registration fee will be reimbursed in full minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • In case the cancellation is received before the deadline for the regular registration fee (May 31, 2021; 23:59 CEST), 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • Cancellations notified from the start of the late registration fee will not be reimbursed.

Certificate of Participation

Participants of the EHA2021 Virtual Congress will be able to download a Certificate of Participation from the virtual congress platform.

EBAH CME accreditation

The EHA Annual Congress is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH). EBAH CME is the best way for hematologists to master the latest developments within the specialty of hematology. Staying abreast of these scientific developments and keeping in touch with up-to-date views on clinical policy will enable you to raise your professional level, resulting in the best treatment for your patients.

The program of the EHA2021 Virtual Congress is currently being reviewed by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH). Once the accreditation is complete, the number of CME credit points will be published here along with the information on how the CME credit points can be claimed.
