Group registration

Register now for virtual access

 

Group registrations are still available for groups of 10 or more participants registering for virtual access. Please read the following information carefully:

  • During the booking process, group leaders are required to:
    • enter the contact details and billing address of the group leader/contact person
    • confirm the number of registrations (per membership category) they wish to purchase
    • process the payment by credit card (VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard and American Express are the only credit cards accepted) 
  • After receipt of the registration and payment, you will receive a payment confirmation by email including a link to a group portal. Here you must upload the details of your participants (a template file is available on the portal).
  • The following details must be supplied for each participant:
    • Full name
    • Personal email address
    • Country of practice
    • Health Care Professional (HCP) prescriber status (for each participant you must confirm whether they are authorized to prescribe or dispense medicine)
    • Membership status – for (Junior) EHA members their membership number is required
    • EBAH-CME account number (only required if the participant wants to collect CME credits during the congress)
    • Third party mailing consent (for each participant we ask you to confirm whether you give EHA permission to use the e-mail address of the participant being registered for third party mailings related to this congress)
  • After you have uploaded the details of your participants, your participants will receive a personal access link to create an account on the virtual congress platform within 48 hours.

Important: The email address provided for each participant must be unique and personal to them. The participants will be required to create a personal account on the virtual congress platform linked to this email address. During the account creation, they will receive a confirmation link on this email address. 

Membership: There are reduced registration fees available for (Junior) EHA Members - register in time and benefit from great discounts! You can only take advantage of this offer if you have applied for or paid your 2022 membership by May 19, 2022 (23:59 CEST). All information regarding EHA annual membership can be found here.

Official registration bureau: MCI The Netherlands is the ONLY official mandated registration bureau for this Congress. EHA cannot validate registrations via sources other than those presented by MCI The Netherlands. For more information, click here.

For the EHA2022 Hybrid Congress, you can now only opt for the EHA2022 virtual registration and enjoy the Congress from the comfort of your home by attending virtually only.

YoungEHA Research Meeting: The 2022 edition of the YoungEHA Research Meeting will take place on Thursday June 9 in Vienna. More information about this meeting can be found here.

Abstract Book: The Abstract Book will only be made available via the Congress platform and via HemaSphere (the official journal of EHA) and will not be printed. Additionally, abstracts will be made available on the website and in the mobile app.
