Childcare - Children and Congress

EHA is pleased to offer complimentary professional childcare services for all registered Congress participants’ children throughout the duration of the EHA2023 Congress.

With these childcare services, EHA wants to help its participants to harmonize a fulfilling family life with a successful professional career. The agency “KIDS Betreuung” arranges and coordinates childcare throughout Germany since many years. The “KIDS Betreuung” team consists of caretakers from the pedagogic sector with many years of experience. Creative ideas and appropriate materials will provide a relaxed atmosphere and unforgettable moments for your kids while you participate in sessions at the Congress.

The childcare services will be available on the following days:

	Thursday, 8 June	07:45 – 20:45*
	Friday, 9 June	07:45 – 19:00*
	Saturday, 10 June	07:45 – 19:30*
	Sunday, 11 June	07:45 – 14:45*

About using the Childcare services :

For safety reasons, EHA does not recommend that children (from 0-17 years old) enter the EHA Congress premises including but not limited to the Exhibition Area, Poster hall(s), Sessions halls and any other EHA area.
The regulations of the Messe Frankfurt, referred as the Congress Center, state that children and young persons up to the age of 14 may only enter the Congress Center if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian, or by a suitable individual acting as a supervisor.
During the EHA Congress (June 8-11, 2023), children up to the age of 17, who need to enter the EHA Congress premises will be provided a name badge (free of charge), to be retrieved at the EHA Registration Area and to be worn at all time inside the premises. The badge will be valid for one entrance only.
During the EHA Congress (June 8-11, 2023), young adults as of the age of 18, will have to register as a regular participant to the EHA Congress (fees apply) to enter the EHA Congress premises. See the registration details here.
Neither EHA or Interplan are responsible or liable for any injury, accident or other damages that will happen in the EHA Congress premises.
