Luggage service

During the EHA2023 Congress, EHA offers all registered Congress participants using LUFTHANSA an exclusive baggage drop off service on site at the Congress venue, Messe Frankfurt, on Saturday June 10 and Sunday, June 11, 2023:

Saturday June 10	08:30 – 17:00
Sunday June 11	07:30 – 15:00

Lufthansa will transport your baggage to the airport and check it/them in for your flight free of charge. This will allow you to enjoy a relaxed trip from the Congress venue to Frankfurt Airport and reduces time spent during baggage-drop-off. At your final destination, you will receive your baggage as usual at the baggage claim. No pre-registration necessary. General baggage allowances apply.

How to use this service?

Checking in online your flight (Lufthansa, Swiss Airlines and Austrian Airlines)
Drop off your baggage on the day of travel at least 3 hours before your flight departure at the specially designated Lufthansa Baggage drop-off Counter.

The Lufthansa Baggage drop-off Counter will be located in the Entrance City, level 0 of the Messe Frankfurt (follow the signs on site).

Conditions

Neither EHA nor Interplan are responsible or liable for the correct operation of any or part of this Lufthansa service offered during the EHA2023 Congress.

The general Lufthansa conditions and general terms and conditions apply. This means that Lufthansa is liable for exhibition baggage to the same extent as for baggage delivered directly to the airport. In this case, their full scope of liability already applies on the way from the exhibition grounds to the airport. For more information see the FAQ that can be found on the Lufthansa website.
