Individual hotel bookings can be made via an individual hotel booking link below. Full pre-payment is required, and a booking confirmation email will be sent upon payment receipt.

Are the quoted rates per night and do they include breakfast?

Rates are including breakfast per person & per day as well as VAT according to German regulations.

Does city taxes apply for my booking?

In Frankfurt, a tourism tax is levied on privately arranged hotel overnight stays. Business travelers are exempt from payment against proof (confirmation of congress participation/ official letter by the company).

Who will be the contracting partner – Interplan or the hotel? Do we receive an invoice including German VAT split?

INTERPLAN acts as agent in arranging hotel room allotments; any accommodation agreements will be concluded exclusively between the sponsor, the participant registered by the sponsor and the Hotel.
Invoices will be issued according to the German and European VAT law applicable at the time booked services are performed. As of January 1, 2020, Section 25 of the German Turnover Tax Act (UStG) was amended to the effect that this provision must now also be applied to services provided to recipients who are themselves entrepreneurs and use these services for the purposes of their business. As a result, it is no longer possible to show VAT in our invoices insofar as travel services within the meaning of Section 25 UStG are concerned.

I do have specific room requests (disabilities, family room, twin bed etc.). Whom shall I contact?

Please state your special requests during the online enquiry process under “special requests”! Interplan and the hotel will try its utmost to meet the requirements. At a later stage please address your needs by e-mail to ehahotel@interplan.de.

Is Interplan the only agency offering hotel accommodation for the EHA Congress?

INTERPLAN is the official hotel partner for the EHA2023 Hybrid Congress. The only official correspondence you should receive will be from the EHA or Interplan. To receive the best service and pricing, please do not use any other vendor. We work hard to provide the best hotel rates in order to keep the Congress affordable in Frankfurt.

I have called the hotel and they say they do not find my booking?

The hotel receives all guest names approx. 2 weeks ahead of arrival from INTERPLAN. If you wish to amend your booking, please contact INTERPLAN at ehahotel@interplan.de or use your personal access for your group hotel portal (provided 6 weeks prior to the Congress).
