EHA connects medical professionals, researchers, and scientists with an active interest in hematology. EHA Members have access to the EHA MEMBER LOUNGE in rooms N107/N108 (North Convention Center, 1st floor): a place to network and relax in between Congress sessions. Not a member yet? Then stop by and learn how to join the EHA Community and start benefiting.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) is widely accepted to encourage individual practitioners to maintain and develop professional knowledge and skills. Congress participants are eligible to receive one CME credit point for every hour of accredited activity from the EBAH system based on the EHA2024 CME policy. Login to the CONGRESS PLATFORM to fine tune your profile, retrieve your CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION as of Sunday, June 16 and enjoy on-demand content as of June 19 until August 15, 2024. The Congress platform will close on August 15. Selected content will be available via the EHA LIBRARY. The Certificate of participation will also be sent by email (email you registered with).

WIFI is available in all areas. The network name is EHA. No password required.

EHA SUSTAINABILITY starts with using recyclable material, managing waste and being responsible: the Congress lanyards are made
of polyester fiber from recycled PET bottles; EHA is using sustainable carpet at the Congress, which is the only carpet that has a silver
cradle-to-cradle certification in the world; the official Congress caterer VilaPlana is using sustainable and local products, and reusable
tableware based on the EU-compliant implementation of the plastic ban on disposable tableware. Team up with EHA and reduce waste by only picking your favorite items with TAILOR MADE CONGRESS LUNCH. Lunches are available for all registered Congress participants on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Exhibition (Hall 9).

PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKETS are available for all registered Congress participants at the Public Transportation Ticket desk in the registration area in the North Convention Center. The tickets are supported by Madrid City Council. A ticket is valid from Thursday  to Sunday including the airport and the Congress venue giving free access to 
• the Metro of Madrid, for all lines within zone A.
• EMT, for all buses lines, excluding the Airport Express EMT Bus Line.
• RENFE for suburban railway stations included in zone A.
• Light Rail ML1.

CHILDCARE SERVICES are available at the Congress venue and managed by the agency “Ludoteca Móvil – Centro Marsupial”. The service is available by pre-booking only. A private and lockable LACTATION ROOM is available in room Neptuno (2nd floor of the North Convention Center).

FIRST AID assistance is available at the Medical Service Center located in between Hall 7 & 9. 

A PRAYER ROOM is available for all Congress participants in room A5.1. 

The EHA SILENT LOUNGE is available to all registered Congress participants to follow scientific and sponsored sessions, when session halls are at full capacity, in a comfortable and quiet designated area. The Silent Lounge is located on the (1st floor) of the North Convention Center and displays 4 sessions in parallel that you can listened in via headphones (including disposable sanitary ear covers). To remain interactive in the
session of your interest at the Silent lounge, login to the Congress platform on your device to engage via the Q&A feature. You also have the opportunity to charge your devices whilst listening to a session. The Silent Lounge is sponsored by AstraZeneca.
