JOIN US FOR THE VIRTUAL EDITION OF THE 25th CONGRESS OF THE EUROPEAN HEMATOLOGY ASSOCIATION
Due to the massive worldwide impact of the COVID-19 crisis, the 25th Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) will be replaced by a virtual edition.
EHA’s primary concern is the health and safety of those involved in our activities. Given the massive and worldwide impact of the COVID-19 crisis, the EHA Board has decided to replace the 25th EHA Annual Congress, to be held in Frankfurt, Germany on June 11-14, 2020, by a virtual edition.
EHA is fully committed to delivering education and the latest scientific updates to the hematology community, even if a physical congress is not possible. By organizing a virtual congress we will provide participants with the opportunity to follow sessions and to interact with presenters and other participants on the original congress days and beyond. The virtual format will include contributions from invited speakers and abstract authors selected by our Scientific Program Committee. Contributions from our industry partners will also be included.
All abstracts will be published online and in our open access journal, HemaSphere, and the call for late breaking abstracts will be launched according to the original schedule.
We would like to specifically recognize the work of those involved in preparing the 25th edition of our annual congress and are grateful for their continuous contribution towards the transformation into a virtual edition.
We would also like to thank you for your understanding and patience while we are working on unfolding further details of the 25th edition of our annual congress and its transformation to a virtual format.
Finally, our sympathy and respect goes out to all involved in fighting the COVID-19 crisis. We urge all of you to stay safe and to regularly visit our special COVID-19 Hematology Hub for the latest updates.
