  • August 14, 2026—Deadline for completing the faculty confirmation and travel form
  • October 2, 2026—Deadline for submitting your one self-assessment case and lecture title
  • October 9, 2026—Deadline for submitting your lecture and signed publication authorization

Self-assessment case

Please prepare one (1) interesting patient case of 15 minutes per case (10 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A).

Each case should have six questions with five possible answers per question. Please refer to the example and template below when preparing for your slides. You should submit your slide deck via the faculty submission form no later than October 9, 2026.

All clinical cases and self-assessment cases will be reviewed by the EHA Clinical Case Unit.

Publishing authorization

Please fill in and sign your publishing authorization form for the meeting.

You should send this to us via the faculty submission form no later than October 9, 2026.

Lecture

Please kindly use the following template to prepare for your lecture, and submit your lecture slide deck to the faculty submission form by Friday, September 5, 2025.
