Key dates and deadlines

  • 30 November 2026 – Submit the faculty confirmation & travel form
  • 14 February 2027 – Submit your (updated) lecture title
  • 31 March 2027 – Submit your PowerPoint presentation and signed Publishing Authorization
  • 8-10 April 2027 – EHA-SWG Scientific Meeting on Integrated Diagnostics and Implementation Science in Hematological Malignancies

Faculty confirmation and travel request form

Please complete the form at your earliest convenience so we can arrange your travel and collect necessary information for logistical arrangements.

Lecture title

Please submit a descriptive title for your lecture to the Faculty Submission Form by 14 February 2027.

Publishing authorization

Please fill in and submit your publishing authorization (PA) for the meeting to the Faculty Submission Form before 1 April 2027.

Presentation PowerPoint template

Please submit your presentation slides to the Faculty Submission Form before 1 April 2027.
