Workshop 1:
Date: April 16-20, 2024
Venue: Cambridge, UK

CBTH session and EHA Congress:
Date: June 13-16, 2024
Venue: Madrid, Spain

Workshop 2:
Date: October 1-5, 2024
Venue: Sinzig, Germany

Costs

There is no registration or application fee, however, by applying, applicants agree that they will participate in all three meetings and respond to follow-up surveys in the future.

EHA and EMBL-EBI arrange all travel and accommodation for the workshops and final meeting as follows:

Workshop 1 & 2

Travel, accommodation, food, and technical facilities for the two workshops are arranged and covered by EHA and EMBL-EBI. Economy class airfare, up to €500 - within Europe - or whatever is the most reasonable fare as quoted by EHA’s travel agent, is arranged, and covered by EHA and EMBL-EBI. Participants are responsible for arranging their own visa and valid travel documents to allow them to attend all CBTH Meetings. Participants are also responsible for the cost of the airport transfers from their home to the airport/train station for travel to the CBTH meetings and for the cost of transfers from the airport/train stations to their homes from the CBTH meetings.

Meeting at EHA Congress

Travel and accommodation for the follow-up meeting is arranged and covered by EHA.  Economy class airfare, up to €500 - within Europe - or whatever is reasonable fare as quoted by EHA’s travel agent, is arranged and covered by EHA. Three nights’ accommodation, for the meeting, are arranged in a designated hotel and covered by EHA.
The participant is responsible for additional hotel nights and airfare costs above the established allowable amounts. Additional details of the CBTH travel policy are communicated to awardees upon acceptance into the program.

Requirements

If accepted into the program, you will be required to attend all meetings and stay in-house during the workshops.  No pets or relatives allowed
