Scam alert
Beware of unauthorized or fraudulent hotel and registration booking agencies.
If you’re contacted by any other company or agency offering housing and registration for the EHA2025 Congress, you should bear in mind that they:
- Are not authorized to represent the EHA in any way
- Do not have access to the officially contracted EHA2025 Congress room blocks or rates
If you have any questions or concerns regarding a company’s legitimacy, please email Interplan.
Scammers promote attractive deals but have been known to ‘disappear’ once payment has been received, leaving the hotel with no record of your reservation.
