  • January 1, 2025: Abstract submission opens 
  • January 1, 2025: Travel grant applications open 
  • March 1, 2025 (23:59 CET): Deadline for abstract submission
  • March 1, 2025 (23:59 CET): Deadline for Travel grant applications 
  • By April 24, 2025:  Announcement of the allocation of abstracts and travel grants to authors 
  • May 2, 2025, 23:59 (CEST): Deadline for early registration fee  
  • May 9, 2025 (09:00 CEST): Deadline for the late-breaking abstract submission
  • May 14, 2025 (15:30 CEST): Abstracts available online
  • By May 23, 2025: Announcement of allocation of late-breaking abstracts to authors
  • Ends June 1, 2025, 23:59 (CEST): Deadline for regular registration fee
  • June 3, 2025 (15:30 CEST): Late-breaking abstracts available online
  • June 12–15, 2025: EHA2025 Congress, Milan, Italy
  •  June 15, 2025, 13:00 (CEST): Deadline for late registration
  •  June 30, 2025, 13:00 (CEST):  Deadline for late virtual registration
  • August 15, 2025: EHA2025 Congress platform closes  

All deadlines, unless specifically mentioned, end at 23:59 CET/CEST.
