Registration categories
There are four registration categories:
- Physician/researcher
- Healthcare and research professional/student
- Nurse
- Industry representative (individual)
The ‘healthcare and research professional/student’ category covers the following types of role:
- Data Manager
- Lab Technician
- Pharmacist
- Psychiatrist/Psychologist
- Quality Manager
- Statistician
- Student/PhD student (medical residents are not considered students)
- Transplant Coordinator
- Patient advocate
Discount eligibility
To be eligible for a discount, you must:
- Be a member of EBMT and/or EHA
- Have paid the relevant membership fee
You can check your EBMT membership status by contacting membership@ebmt.org.
You can check your EHA membership status by logging into MyEHA or contacting membership@ehaweb.org.
If you want to join EHA or EBMT
The EHA junior member fee is only €20. To find out more about eligibilty and how you can apply, visit EHA’s junior membership page.

Registration fees
We offer two types of registration:

How to register
Whether you join us in Palma de Mallorca or opt for a virtual registration, the CAR T-cell meeting is an unmissable opportunity to enjoy a comprehensive program that showcases the latest:

Join us in Palma de Mallorca and enjoy:
- In-person access to all the sessions and activities according to the scientific program
- Access to the virtual platform and livestream of scientific and educational sessions (according to the program)
- One month of on-demand content from the platform (until 14 March 2026)
- Coffee breaks and lunch according to the program
If you’re a nurse or healthcare and research professional/student, you’ll need to provide accreditation or proof of status during the registration process.
If you’re a patient advocate, you can provide a screenshot of your membership.
If you’re in any of the other categories, you’ll need to provide either:
- An ID
- A letter from your institution
The benefits of virtual registration include:
- Access to the virtual platform and livestream of scientific and educational sessions (according to the program)
- One month of on-demand content from the platform (until March 14, 2026)
However, please note that there is no:
- Q&A with presenters
- Access to the in-person poster session
- Access to Industry Theatre sessions
If you’re a nurse or healthcare and research professional/student, you’ll need to provide accreditation or proof of status during the registration process.
If you’re a patient advocate, you can provide a screenshot of your membership.
If you’re in any of the other categories, you’ll need to provide either:
- An ID
- A letter from your institution
If you’d like to register a group (10 or more people), please contact education.events@ebmt.org.
You’ll need press accreditation and registration to attend this meeting. Press registration is free and includes complimentary meeting registration.
If you wish to register, please email communication@ehaweb.org and/or communications@ebmt.org and include:
- A copy of your press credentials
- A letter of assignment from the media organization you represent
- Two bylined medical/health/science articles published within the last six months
We’ll then check your credentials will be checked. Once they’ve been approved, you’ll receive a confirmation.

Changing a name
You can change a name free of charge until January 28, 2026. After this date, you’ll need to pay a fee.
To tell us about a change of name, email education.events@ebmt.org.
Certificate of attendance
After the event, you’ll receive an email with a short survey about the meeting.
Once you’ve completed it, you can download your certificate of attendance.
Cancellation policy
To cancel your registration, you must email education.events@ebmt.org.
All cancellations must be processed through our registration system.
Refund conditions
- If you cancel up to one month before the beginning of the meeting, we’ll reimburse your registration fee in full (minus bank charges).
- If you cancel 30 to 15 days before the beginning of the meeting, we’ll refund 50% of your registration fee (minus bank charges).
- If you cancel less than 15 days before the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will not be refunded.
