EHA-GBMTA-AHA Hematology Tutorial
EHA is joining the Georgian Association for Blood and Bone Marrow Transplantation (GBMTA) and Armenian Hematology Association (AHA) to organize the EHA-GBMTA-AHA Hematology Tutorial on New Aspects in Diagnostic Choices and Treatment Options of Hematological Malignancies.

Goal of the meeting
This EHA-led hematology tutorial on New Aspects in Diagnostic Choices and Treatment Options of Hematological Malignancies in aims to assess and increase the participants’ knowledge of the biology, diagnostics and management of hematological malignancies. This will be done through lectures, interactive self-assessment cases and real patient case-based presentations. It is also a great opportunity to meet and interact with international experts, colleagues, and industry partners.
Target audience
Hematologists, internists, biomedical scientists, specialist nurses, and lab specialists/technicians.
Program
The EHA-GBMTA-AHA Hematology Tutorial is designed to improve knowledge of new aspects in diagnostic criteria and risk assessment, recognize the ethical and regulatory issues of clinical trial patients, understand the fundaments of Novel agents pharmacology and pharmacokinetics, and popularize CAR T-cell therapy.

Learning objectives
After attending this tutorial, the participant will be able to:
- implement the hematological advances in their daily practice,
- learn about new diagnostic technique and discover new technologies in hematology,
- be exposed to the current imaging studies in assisting the existing treatment modalities to improve outcome, and
- identify the role of transplant as treatment option in MM, Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Travel Grants
Travel grants are intended to support young investigators in the region; therefore, applicants should be 40 years of age or young, and are reserved for applicants from Armenia, Georgia, Iran, Azerbaijan, and Türkiye. Application for travel grants is now closed.
