Emeritus membership
If you're a scientific researcher, physician, or healthcare-affiliated professional who's now retired or is close to retirement, you can join EHA at a reduced rate.
Applying for emeritus membership will help you to:

Age restriction
You must be 65 or over to apply for emeritus membership.
Eligibility check
After you apply, we might get in touch and ask for a document that proves your age.
This is a standard check that helps us ensure that we only offer reduced fees to eligible people.
Cost
Emeritus membership costs €90.
Duration
Membership runs from January 1 to December 31.
You'll receive an email about renewing your membership in November.
How to apply
To submit an application, you’ll need to create a MyEHA account. Once you’ve done this, you can complete our online form.

What happens after you apply
Within a few minutes, you’ll:
- Get access to your MyEHA account
- Receive an email that explains how you can access the EHA resources and tools
Within three working days, we’ll activate your account and give you full access to all our available resources.
