The official EHA2026 Congress registration portal opens on January 1, 2026. 

INTERPLAN AG is the officially mandated registration bureau for the EHA2026 Congress. The only official correspondence you should receive will be from EHA or Interplan. 
EHA cannot validate registrations via sources other than those presented by Interplan AG.

Register as an Individual

Starting in 2026, EHA is implementing a streamlined registration process for all individuals attending the EHA2026 Congress.  

If you are registering yourself, for and by yourself, you will simply need to create an account on our community and member portal called MyEHA, to proceed with booking your Congress registration. 

Creating an account in MyEHA is mandatory to access the Congress registration portal when registering individually as of 2026. This step is quick and easy and does not mean you’re signing up for an EHA membership.

You can create a MyEHA account at anytime. We recommend you create your MyEHA account as early as possible. Please remember to save your credentials for when EHA2026 registration opens on January 1, 2026 as you will need to login again into MyEHA to register.  

How to register in 2 simple steps 

  • Already an active EHA Member (or Junior Member) ?
    You likely already have a MyEHA account, so please log into MyEHA directly. You will automatically benefit from the reduced EHA2026 Congress registration fee. 

To access an existing account, just log in to MyEHA.
If you cannot log in, select the ‘Reset password’ button. We’ll send an email to your registered email address with a one-time reset link. You can use this to create new credentials. 

  • Would you like to become an EHA Member?
    You have the opportunity to sign-up for a membership in MyEHA, before pursuing with the Congress registration.
  • Not ready to become a Member yet?
    You can proceed with your EHA2026 Congress registration as a Non-Member without purchasing a membership. You will be asked if you are interested to join but you can choose to continue without. 

  • On January 1, 2026, the EHA2026 Congress registration page will open in MyEHA for individuals. 
  • Log into MyEHA
  • Once logged in, click on the Register for EHA2026 Congresstile to start your registration. 
  • Follow the instructions and fill in all the mandatory fields
  • Then, you will be redirected to the Congress registration portal (outside of MyEHA) to choose your registration category, proceed with payment and be on your way to EHA2026! 

Register as a Group

You can register for EHA2026 as a group if your party contains 10 or more participants. If you wish to register fewer than 10 participants, please use the individual registration links above.
Group registration opens on January 1, 2026.

The Abstract Book will become available via the Congress platform and via HemaSphere (the official journal of EHA). Additionally, abstracts will be released on the EHA website.  

 
  • Payment of registration fees 

All registration fees referred to are in Euro (€). All payments must be made in Euro. No other currency will be accepted. No cash or checks are accepted. Full payment is due for the registration fees. Fees mentioned on the registration website are including VAT. Registrations are only confirmed once the required payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email from the EHA Registration Department upon receipt of the payment. 

Only digital versions of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of the registration. The invoice will be issued using the contact details, or additional address details, provided on the registration form. 

Payment process per payment type: 

  • Payment by credit card – VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express 

The online registration platform is a secured site. The registration system only accepts VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express. Please enter all relevant information on the payment page of the online registration system. Upon completion of the online registration and payment process, you will receive a paid invoice by email. Payment by credit card is recommended as then your registration is immediately confirmed. 

  • Payment by bank transfer 

Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an unpaid invoice for your registration fee by email. This invoice includes all payment instructions as well as your registration number to mention as reference of the payment. Upon receipt of your payment, your registration will be confirmed and you will receive a paid invoice by email. Note that payment by bank transfer and Purchase order is only accepted until a certain date mentioned in the registration website. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.  

  • Name changes 

For each name change, you must notify the Registration Department by email (eharegistration@interplan.de). Name changes will be accepted free of charge until the early registration fee deadline of the mentioned Congress. After this deadline, you will be liable for the relevant name change fee. Name change will not be allowed after a certain date as mentioned in the registration website.

In case you wish to convert your registration type from hybrid to virtual only, or vice versa, the following policy shall apply (hereinafter: “Conversion policy”): 

Conversion policy 

For all conversions, the Registration Department must be notified in writing by sending an e-mail to eharegistration@interplan.de. The following conversion conditions apply. Please note that all refunds will be processed after the Congress. 

  • Changing your hybrid registration into a virtual registration:  
  • You can change your Congress registration at any time from hybrid to virtual until June 1, 2026; 23:59 CEST without any costs, and the registration fee difference will be reimbursed. 
  • After June 1, 2026; 23:59 CEST, the conversion from hybrid to virtual is no longer possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reimburse the fee difference at this late stage due to the costs incurred for your expected physical attendance. 
  • Convert your virtual registration into a hybrid registration:  
  • This is possible by paying the difference between the two fees at the time of your request until the on-site registration closes on Sunday, June 14, 2026, 
Cancellation policy 

In case you wish to fully cancel your Congress registration, the Registration Department must be notified in writing by sending an e-mail to eharegistration@interplan.de. The following cancellation conditions apply. Please note that all refunds will be processed after the Congress ends. 

  • In case the cancellation is received before May 4, 2026; 23:59 CEST:  
  • For virtual registrations: the registration fee will be reimbursed minus € 50 administrative fee. Except for Junior EHA Member which will be reimbursed fully. 
  • For hybrid registrations: the registration fee will be reimbursed minus € 100 administrative fee. 
  • In case the cancellation is received between May 5, 2026; and May 31, 2026; 23:59 CEST, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (for all registration fees). 
  • For cancellations notified from June 1, 2026; 23:59 CEST, the registration fee will not be reimbursed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reimburse the fee in full (or partially) at this late stage due to the costs incurred for your expected physical and/or virtual attendance.
