EHA2025 delegate services

EHA is pleased to introduce delegate services for the upcoming EHA2025 Congress—services that registered participants can use prior, during, or after the event.

Security: please plan enough time when entering the venue in the morning due to mandatory security checks and name badge collection. We expect queues and waiting times, especially on Thursday and Friday morning. The security check is done at both entrances on all days (Main Entrance: South Wing +1 and Gate 6 (North Wing – access for badge holder only). Any bags of A4 size or larger will have to go through a baggage security scanner. Small purses will be checked with a handheld metal detector only (depending on the queuing situation).
