Childcare services
All registered attendees can access complimentary childcare services throughout Congress—helping parents and carers to balance professional development with family life.
Our childcare partner, Tatadok, works with caregivers who are bilingual (English and Italian), officially certified, and have extensive experience in early childhood education.

Accessing the childcare service
You’ll receive information on how and where you can access the service when you make a booking.
For safety reasons, EHA does not recommend that children (from 0-17 years old) enter the convention center. However, if you cannot avoid doing this, you can get a badge for your child from the EHA Registration Area. This badge is valid for one entrance only and must be worn at all times inside the facilities.
Young adults aged 18 will have to register as a regular participant to enter the EHA Congress premises. In these cases, normal fees will apply. You can find details on our main EHA2025 page.
Conditions
- By booking this service, you agree to your data being processed in line with our privacy policy.
- During the registration process, you’ll also need to consent to the official terms and conditions and provide personal information about your child or children.
- Neither EHA nor Interplan are responsible or liable for any injury, accident, or other damages that may happen on the EHA Congress premises.
