EHA2026 media registration

We welcome global press attendance for the leading hematology congress in Europe.

Registration is now open and closes at 23:59 (CEST) on June 5, 2026.  After this date, we will not be able to accept any press registration requests.

To register, you must:

  • Choose the type of registration you require (hybrid or virtual)
  • Ensure you can provide all of the relevant supporting information
  • Complete the form on the official EHA2026 registration platform; see link below.

As part of this process, you’ll be asked to confirm that you accept the EHA2026 Media and Embargo Policy.

What registration includes

Hybrid registration will give you: 

  • Full access to the EHA2026 Congress program, either in person or online 
  • The embargoed press kit, per day, plus pictures 
  • Access to online abstracts

Note: A maximum of four people per new organization can apply for the hybrid registration type. 

We also offer virtual registration with unlimited attendees by organization. This includes: 

  • Full access to the EHA2026 Congress program virtually via the Congress platform  
  • The embargoed press kit, per day, plus pictures 
  • Access to online abstracts 

 

How to register

You’ll need to share:  

  • A copy of your press credentials  
  • A letter of assignment from the media organization you represent  
  • Two by-lined medical/health/science articles published within the last six months  
  • Coverage from the previous year’s meeting (if applicable)  
  • A signed and scanned copy of the EHA2026 Embargo Form.
