EHA2025 security update

Please plan ahead and ensure you have enough time to enter the Congress venue in the morning.

You’ll need to:

  • Go through a mandatory security check
  • Collect your name badge

We expect queues, especially on Thursday and Friday morning.

Entrances

The entrances are:

  • Main Entrance (South Wing + 1)
  • Gate 6 (North Wing)—access for badge-holders only

Security checks are done at both entrances on all days.

Items that will be checked

Any bags of A4 size or larger will have to go through a baggage security scanner.

Small purses will be checked with a handheld metal detector only, depending on the queuing situation.
