EHA Connect Hub
Network during the EHA Congress in Stockholm at the Connect Hub (formerly Meeting Hub), a complimentary, bookable meeting space provided by EHA. The Hub is located on the first floor near rooms K17-K18-K19, and is available for use from Thursday, June 11 to Sunday, June 14.
Essential information before booking a meeting room
The Connect Hub is intended to support your professional activities and be part of the hematology community. Permitted uses include:
- Private working sessions
- Brainstorming and collaborative planning
- Formal and informal meetings
Access to the Connect Hub is limited to active hematology organizations and research networks that meet the following criteria:
- Academic or institutional in nature
- Non-profit, non-commercial, or non-governmental
- Engaged in hematology-related research, education, or advocacy
Use of the Connect Hub must comply with EHA’s guidelines and policies. Commercial activities, promotional events, or for-profit engagements are not permitted within this space.
If you work for a pharmaceutical company, you can ask to use an industry meeting room, the business lounge, or the Sponsor Meeting Hub instead.

- The Hub is bookable between 08:00 and 16:30—except on Sunday, June 14, when it will close at 14:00.
- The minimum booking is 45 minutes.
- The maximum booking is 2 hours.
- The largest room has a maximum capacity of 32 people (in U-shape).
- All rooms are equipped with conference tables, chairs, water stations, and a LED screen with a presentation laptop. The room set-up is fixed.
- Water stations will be provided in the room. No additional catering can be ordered.
Simply email the EHA Congress Secretariat and provide them with the:
- Name and purpose of the meeting
- Preferred time slot (with preferred back-up slot) and duration of the meeting
- Expected number of participants
- Contact details of the organizer (full name, affiliations, email, and phone number)
Bookings work on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you submit your request, it may take up to two weeks for you to receive an official confirmation.
To-do items for your meeting
Before the meeting
- Inform your guests of your meeting time slot, official meeting name, and your contact on site.
- Ensure you can access the meeting room by picking up your Congress badge (at the registration area) or a temporary pass from the EHA registration desk.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your meeting begins to welcome your guests into the meeting room.
During the meeting
- Take responsibility for your meeting, the guests, and the meeting room.
- Ensure that your meeting finishes on time. Any meeting that runs late will have an impact on the next booking.
After the meeting
- Leave the room clean and tidy.
- If your guests do not have an EHA2026 Congress badge, they must return their temporary passes to the EHA registration desk. From there, our team will help them find their way out of the venue.
Before the meeting
- Present yourself at the EHA registration desk 15 minutes before the meeting’s start time.
- State the meeting’s name, time slot, and contact person.
- Retrieve your temporary pass from the EHA registration desk — or, if you’re already registered, pick up your official Congress badge at the registration area.
After the meeting
- If you picked up a temporary pass, you must return this to the EHA registration desk.
- This pass is only valid for the specific meeting you’ve been invited to and will not give you access to Congress.
- If you do not have an EHA2026 Congress badge, for security reasons, our team will help you find your way out of the venue after your meeting.
