Lecture Summary
The lecture summary consists of a summary of your lecture including a concise list of references or a further reading list. Your lecture summary will be included in meeting materials such as the program book. Please read the guidelines before you fill in the lecture summary template.
We also ask for 1-3 learning objectives for your presentation, through which to demonstrate the expected results. These are an important part of EHA educational and scientific meeting format. Please also include them at the start of your presentation.
Please fill in the template and submit to the Faculty Submission Form no later than Friday, May 17, 2024.

Self-assessment Case
Please prepare one interesting patient case of 20 minutes per case (15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A). Each case should have 6 questions with 5 possible answers per question. Please refer to the below example and template to prepare for your slides, and submit your slide deck no later than Friday, May 17, 2024 to the faculty submission form.

Please kindly use the following template to prepare for your lecture, and submit your lecture slide deck to the faculty submission form by Friday June 21, 2024.
