- The selection panel judges the awards.
- The voting is conducted through an independent, online system.
- Candidates with the most votes in each category will receive the award.
- The final candidates are submitted to the EHA Executive Board for approval.
- Candidates will be invited to accept their award at the EHA2025 Congress.
