The 2nd HARMONY General Assembly is organised from 23-24 October 2017 at Bayer in Berlin. The HARMONY Alliance is a European Network of Excellence for Big Data in Hematology, consisting of 51 partners. HARMONY was established in January 2017, and will last for a period of 5 years. The Alliance aims to create and implement new treatment strategies based on big data technologies. At the 2nd General Assembly Alliance Partners and Associated Members meet to discuss topics that are important for all stakeholders and patients to get access to the right treatment at the right time, such as definition and alignment on outcomes. Apart from presentations, parallel sessions are organised across the spectrum of hematologic malignancies: multiple myeloma (MM), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), and pediatric Hematologic Malignancies. The General Assembly is a valuable bi-annual meeting to attend for Alliance Partners and Associated Members, both from a substance as from a collaborative perspective.
