Air France-KLM discount

All attendees can benefit from a 10% discount on Air France or KLM airfares to Milan.

The discount is available if you book in the euro (€) currency via an AirFrance or KLM website, regardless of where you’re traveling from.

How to claim

  1. Follow the regular booking process on an AirFrance or KLM website. Select ‘travelling for business’ when you make your booking, and use ‘MICE’ as the ‘contract name.’
  2. On the payment screen, enter the discount code GME50551AF in the ‘discount code’ field.
  3. Select ‘Send discount code’. If your booking is in line with the terms and conditions, the discount will be applied.

Dates and conditions

  • This code is valid until June 15, 2025.
  • Departure flights must take place from June 5–15, 2025.
  • Inbound flights must take place from June 12–22, 2025.
