Travel grant application

Travel grant application is open until August 1, 2025.

Criteria

Travel grant applications will be reviewed based on the following criteria.

• The applicant is associated with a research institution, a university, or a healthcare organization.
• The applicant is a senior PhD student, post-doctoral research, junior faculty member, clinician, diagnostic specialist
• Applicant area of interest is: Functional diagnostic, advanced imaging techniques, innovative diagnostic tools, molecular precision, translational research.
• The applicant is an EHA member.
• The applicant currently resides in the EU.

The travel grant includes complimentary registration arranged by EHA for on-site attendance only and a €1,000 compensation for travel arrangements and accommodation (reimbursed after the meeting).

Application

The applications will be reviewed by the preceptorship meeting chairs. Only applications that fit the eligibility criteria will be considered. The number of available travel grants is limited to 20.

• August 1, 2025: travel grant application closes
• August 8, 2025: notification of recipients
• August 22, 2025: recipients confirm acceptance
