Individual registration

The in-person individual registration fee includes:

  • Access to the scientific and educational sessions of the meeting
  • Accommodation (bed in double bed occupancy room)
  • Opportunities to connect with the faculty during breaks and at the welcome reception
  • Coffee/tea breaks and lunches
  • Dinners on April 8-10, 2026

Registration fees

EHA members – 750 EUR/person

Non-EHA members – 800 EUR/person

All fees include VAT.

Discount eligibility

Only members who have paid their membership fee are eligible to receive the discounted registration fee. You can check your EHA membership status by visiting MyEHA or sending an email to membership@ehaweb.org.

Our junior EHA membership fee is only €20. To find out more about eligibility and how you can apply, visit the junior membership page.

Canceling a registration

To cancel your registration, you must email swgs@ehaweb.org.

Refund conditions

If we receive your cancellation 30 days or more before the beginning of the meeting, we’ll reimburse your registration fee in full (minus bank charges).

If we receive your cancellation 30 to 15 days before the beginning of the workshop, we’ll refund 50% of your registration fee (minus bank charges).

If we receive your cancellation less than 15 days before the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will not be refunded.
