Air France-KLM discount

A 10% discount on Air France or KLM airfares for EHA2026 attendees.

If you are travelling to EHA2026, you can benefit from a special discount courtesy of Air France-KLM Global Meetings & Events.

The discount is only available if you book in the euro (€) currency via an AirFrance or KLM website. If you’re booking from a non-euro currency country, you’ll need to change to an AirFrance or KLM website that uses this currency.

  1. Follow the regular booking process on an AirFrance or KLM website. When you’re asked if you’re ‘travelling for business,’ select ‘YES’ and use ‘MICE’ as the ‘contract name.’ This ensures the Air France-KLM corporate recognition associated with their Global Meetings & Events program.
  2. After completing your personal details, click on ‘Proceed to payment details’ at the bottom of the page. In the ‘Your discount code’ field, enter the following discount code: GME60407AF 
  3. Click on ‘Send discount code’. If your booking is in line with the terms and conditions, the discount will be applied.
  • You can use this code to make a booking until June 14, 2026.
  • Departure flights must take place from June 4–14, 2026.
  • Inbound flights must take place from June 11–21, 2026.

Terms & Conditions

  • The discount will only be applied if the minimum airfare value of the ticket is higher than 140€.
  • By entering the corporate OIN or MICE in the contract name, you will get free standard seat selection, priority boarding, and, depending on the booking class, a free passenger name change.

Lufthansa Group discount

Reduced price for EHA2026 attendees with special offer from Lufthansa Group.

Benefit from the cooperation with the Lufthansa Group airlines (Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, Brussels, Eurowings, Edelweiss, Discover) and optimize your travel costs. The extensive route network with around 310 destinations worldwide, as well as transatlantic flights operated by Air Canada and United are available to you.

Delta discount

Delta partners with EHA to offer cheaper flight rates for our EHA2026 attendees.

Delta Air Lines supports you through your travel journey to Stockholm, from oversees.

    1. Go to https://www.delta.com/
    2. Choose your travel destination and dates
    3. Click on the button Advanced Search (under the number of Passengers)
    4. Enter the Meeting Code NY4J8
    5. On the next page, select your preferred flight and you will see Event Code Applied (in green) confirming the discount
