HemaSphere is EHA’s open access journal. It publishes highly relevant basic, translational, and clinical research in hematology—with a particular focus on novel findings that have a high impact.
The role of the HemaSphere Editorial Board is to:
- Guide the quality and growth of HemaSphere
- Maintain HemaSphere’s position as a reputable society journal for European hematology research and related news
The board is led by the Editor-in-Chief.
Responsibilities
- Review and select articles.
- Promote HemaSphere within the hematology and medical communities.
- Represent HemaSphere at various events.
Composition
We’re comprised of the following:
- An Editor-in-Chief
- A Deputy Editor-in-Chief
- Up to fifteen Associate Editors
- Up to six Scientific Editors
- One Statistics Editor
Rotation
All members serve for three years with the possibility of one reappointment.
Meetings
In a typical year, our members take part in:
- Two to three in-person meetings
- Regular virtual meetings
