Childcare services
EHA is pleased to offer complimentary professional childcare services for registered Congress participants’ children throughout the duration of the EHA2025 Congress. With these childcare services, the EHA wants to help its participants to harmonize a fulfilling family life with a successful professional career.
The agency “Tatadok srl” arranges and coordinates childcare in Milan. The “Tatadok srl” team consists of caretakers that are all certified with extensive experience in early childhood education and hold certificates of no sexual offenses. Additionally, they are bilingual in English and Italian. Creative ideas and appropriate materials will provide a relaxed atmosphere and unforgettable moments for your kids while you are attending the EHA Congress.
The childcare services will be available on the following days and times:

These services are offered:
- to all registered Congress participants,
- free of charge,
- and by booking this service you agree to the data protection notices / privacy policies.
About using the Childcare services:
- For safety reasons, EHA does not recommend that children (from 0-17 years old) enter the EHA Congress premises including but not limited to the Exhibition Area, Poster hall(s), Sessions halls and any other EHA area.
- During the EHA Congress (June 12-15, 2025), children up to the age of 17, who need to enter the EHA Congress premises will be provided a name badge (free of charge), to be retrieved at the EHA Registration Area and to be worn at all time inside the premises. The badge will be valid for one entrance only.
- During the EHA Congress (June 12-15, 2025), young adults as of the age of 18, will have to register as a regular participant to the EHA Congress (fees apply) to enter the EHA Congress premises. See the registration details here.
- Neither EHA nor Interplan are responsible or liable for any injury, accident or other damages that may happen on the EHA Congress premises.
- During the registration process, please read carefully the Terms & Conditions. Personal details about your child(ren) will be needed.
