The lecture summary is needed for this tutorial to apply for the Hong Kong CME accreditation. Please kindly submit your lecture summary to the faculty submission form by Friday, February 14, 2025.

This is only for the international speakers who are assigned to give the self-assessment presentations in their sessions.

Please prepare one (1) interesting patient case of 20 minutes per case (15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A). Each case should have 6 questions with 5 possible answers per question. Please refer to the below example and template to prepare for your slides, and submit your slide deck via the Faculty submission form no later than Friday, February 21, 2025.

All clinical cases and self-assessment cases will be reviewed by the EHA Clinical Case Unit.
