Curriculum-Exam Committee call for interest

The aim of the Curriculum-Exam Committee is to promote harmonization in hematology training and education in Europe and beyond. It does this by offering tools and programs, such as the European Hematology Curriculum and the European Hematology Exam.

The Curriculum-Exam Committee serves as an advisory committee to the Education Committee and works closely with the EHA Office and other committees.

This year, we are looking for four new Curriculum-Exam Committee members.

Profile

  • High-profile clinician and established group leader in hematology or early career hematologist with clinical profile and experience of EHA education activities.
  • Passionate about providing evidence-based education to European hematologists.
  • Experience in adult education, ideally evidenced by academic appointment or further study in medical education. Training in developing entrustable professional activities (EPAs) preferred.

Workload

Approximately three hours a month.

You must also be available to attend at least 75% of the committee's:

  • Virtual meetings
  • Face-to-face meetings (one full-day meeting in The Hague and a one-hour meeting at the annual EHA Congress)

Appointment period

The appointment will last for three years.
