EHA Blood Cancer Awareness Month Wrap-up
The first European Hematology Association (EHA) Blood Cancer Awareness Month digital campaign aimed to raise awareness of hematological malignancies and EHA’s commitment “towards a cure for all blood disorders”. This campaign ran throughout the month of September with daily posts showcasing EHA’s activities, initiatives, and partners.
The main message for the awareness campaign was “shining light on September”. Its purpose was to draw attention to the awareness month’s and blood cancer’s significance, as hematological malignancies accounted for approximately 44.62% of all pediatric (0-14) cancers and 6.4% of all adult (15-85+) cancers in 2020.
The September awareness days included https://www.thuisbezorgd.nl/menu/krishna-vilasCLL, lymphoma, leukemia, marrow donors, CML, cancer research, and the first World Big Data for Blood Cancer Awareness Day launched by the HARMONY Alliance.
We would like to warmly thank those partners and allies who supported the digital campaign.
