EHA launches official EHA2025 scientific reports: Perspectives in Hematology
EHA Perspectives in Hematology:
The Official Scientific Reports from EHA2025 on malignant and non-malignant hematology out now
Building on the tremendous success of its pilot congress report in 2024, the European Hematology Association (EHA) is excited to announce the expansion of its publication for 2025. In response to the positive feedback and demand for comprehensive insights, EHA has released two separate reports dedicated to perspectives in both malignant and non-malignant hematology.
This approach marks a significant step forward, enabling a more in-depth exploration of key advancements and trends within each area – enhancing understanding and accessibility for the entire hematology community.
Hosted in Milan from June 12 – 15, EHA2025 is recognized as the leading hematology event in Europe. The congress included more than 575 scientific and abstract presentations with preliminary figures indicating 17,780 registered delegates from 140 countries.
Both Congress Reports were developed in close collaboration with top experts and aim to give hematology professionals a concise overview of the most critical work showcased at EHA2025.
The new editions serve as a key summary of scientific information and breaking news on the latest clinical and scientific advancements in the field, relevant to clinicians, researchers, healthcare professionals, regulators, nurses, patients, payers, pharmaceutical reps, and all stakeholders in hematology.
“These reports not only showcase groundbreaking advancements in both malignant and non-malignant hematology but also embody our commitment to enhancing the understanding and accessibility of pivotal research. We believe these insights will inspire innovation and collaboration among clinicians, researchers, and stakeholders alike,” says Prof Konstanze Döhner, President of EHA, Ulm University, Germany.
The malignant hematology report covers the latest findings on myeloid neoplasms, lymphoid malignancies, immunotherapy, geriatric hematology, precision medicine, artificial intelligence, Quality of Life issues, and other innovative technologies and treatments in hematology that are revolutionizing patient care and clinical practice.
The non-malignant hematology report explores breakthroughs in bone marrow failures, sickle cell disease, iron homeostasis and erythropoiesis, hematopoietic stem cell pathophysiology, new treatments for platelet disorders, and cutting-edge therapies and scientific insights for thrombotic and bleeding conditions.
Readers will find a wealth of information that not only informs clinical practice but also inspires new avenues of research and collaboration. The updated reports are available as summary reports and feature a user-friendly layout in the slide deck that enhances the browsing experience, making it more straightforward for readers to explore key findings and engage with the content.
