EHA Education & Mentoring Award
Through this award, EHA recognized excellent teachers and mentors at any stage of their career. The emphasis was on both the delivery and quality of the education and mentorship provided. In recognition of the diversity of the hematology community, the award focused on education and mentoring in hematology regardless of academic qualifications, setting, or the language used for teaching.
2024 winner
The 2024 winner of the EHA Education & Mentoring Award was Prof Jan Trka, head of the CLIP laboratory at Charles University Second Faculty of Medicine in Prague, the Czech Republic.
He was presented with his award at the EHA2024 Congress, which was held in Madrid, Spain.
