Oral presentation instructions

Welcome to the faculty details page. On this page, you can find instructions for Congress speakers and chairs.

Presentation

You can download our PowerPoint template. If you use your own template, please use a 16×9 format.

Please make sure your presentation slides are uploaded to the portal at least three hours before your presentation. You can do this through the faculty portal or at the Speaker Service Center on site.

The use of your own laptop during the presentation is strictly prohibited. 

Please download the publishing authorization form and return it to m.dreyling@ehaweb.org.

Oral (abstract) presenters have 15 minutes to present their abstract (ten minutes for the talk and five minutes for a Q&A).

Checklist

• Download the PPT template
• Sign the publishing authorization form
• Update your personal details in the Online Faculty Portal
• Check in at the Speaker Service Center (SSC) at the Congress venue (opening hours below).
• Upload or review your final slides.

Abstract communication

Submitter (abstract) authors will receive the allocation notification letter.

The presenting author will receive the details regarding the presentation of the abstract (instructions and session date and time).

We will ask for the presenting author to submit their details, affiliations and disclosures. Please note the format below when submitting this information.

Affiliations

Institute, City, Country

Example: European Hematology Association, The Hague, The Netherlands

Disclosures

Company X (Advisory board); Company Y (Honoraria)

If no industry affiliations, please indicate: No affiliations

Note: 2 years with relevance.

Speaker Service Center (SSC) opening hours

At the SSC, you can:

• Access quipment to enable a final check of your PowerPoint presentation
• Upload your presentation

The SSC will be open during the following hours.
