EHA is joining the Chilean Society of Hematology (Sociedad Chilena de Hematología, SOCHIHEM) to organize the EHA-SOCHIHEM LATAM Hematology Tutorial.

Goal of the meeting

This EHA and SOCHIHEM-led hematology tutorial aims to enhance healthcare professionals’ understanding of a broad range of hematological conditions, such as lymphoid and myeloid malignancies and plasma cell disorders, and pharmaeconomics.
The goal of this educational meeting is to foster an environment of knowledge sharing that improves diagnosis, management, and public awareness of diseases in the region. The event also promotes early detection and intervention strategies.
By collaborating with national societies from Latin America, the meeting aims to build long-term relationships and strengthen international cooperation, ultimately supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient care.

Target audience

Physicians, clinicians, basic researchers, biologists, trainees, and medical students from Chile and Latin America.

Program

The EHA-SOCHIHEM Hematology tutorial program is designed to help attendees better understand the management of hematological malignancies. The program consists of international speakers and patient-based case examples from the region. International speakers will test attendees on their newly gained knowledge as well. Topics that will be covered are:
