Pediatric Hematology Online Forum
A bimonthly online event about complex cases that early-career doctors might encounter.
What is the Pediatric Hematology Online Forum?
The forum is an initiative of the Educational Subcommittee of the EHA SWG on Pediatric Hematology.
Every other month, you can take part in an hour-long online session about a specific condition. During this session:
- A junior colleage will present two cases about the condition
- A senior colleague who is an expert in the field will comment on the strategy for tackling these patients
- You'll have an opportunity to ask questions
Next event
The next forum event will be held at 14:00 (CET) on March 13, 2025. Registration will be open until 14:00 (CET) on March 12, 2025.
The topic of the next session will be 'Primary Immunodeficiencies in Pediatric Hematooncology Practice.'
The 'junior' speaker will be Camilla Visconti of the Pediatric Immunology and BMT Unit, San Raffaele Hospital, Milan, Italy.
The expert will be Andrew V. Gennery, Professor/Honorary Consultant in Pediatric Immunology & Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation at the Institute of Cellular Medicine, Newcastle University, UK.

How to register
If you have not yet registered for our online community platform
To take part in the forum, you'll need to register for EHA's new platform, 'MyEHA.' This platform, which is currently being developed, will enable EHA members around the world to connect, communicate, and collaborate in new ways. We'll start promoting it to our full community in the near future.
When your register, please state in the 'Motivation' section that you would like to join the Pediatric Hematology Online Forum.

You can register for events by visiting the Pediatric Hematology Online Forum section on MyEHA.
To take part in a specific event:
- Select the event's title
- Select the 'Register' button
You can also join the forum by selecting 'Become a member' on any page within the section.
