EuNet-INNOCHRON COST Action talk

EuNet-INNOCHRON COST Action took place in Chania, Crete, Greece, from April 4-6, 2024.

On behalf of the SWG, Francesco Buccisano presented the talk: ‘Is it time to study neutropenias with flow cytometry?’

Development of guidelines

The SWG has collaborated with representatives from range of bodies on the development of guidelines for uniform reporting of blast percentage to categorise response in acute leukemias.

  • MD Anderson Cancer Center, USA
  • Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Melbourne, Australia

Spectral (high-dimensional) flow cytometry project

SWG members are involved in a collaborative project with:

  • The European Leukemia Net David Group
  • Other international centres
  • Industry bodies

The aim of the project is to improve the efficiency, quality, and capabilities of clinical flow cytometry through implementation of spectral (high-dimensional) flow cytometry.
