Abstract and clinical case procedure

By submitting an abstract, you make a formal commitment to present it as an oral or poster presentation. This is subject to the abstract being accepted and assigned by the Scientific Program Committee (SPC). In order to present your abstract at the meeting, you’ll need to register for the meeting.

Before you submit an abstract, please read our abstract and clinical case submission guidelines.

The abstracts and clinical cases submitted via the submission process will be reviewed and allocated by the SPC.  Submitting authors will be informed about the allocation July 15, 2026.

Key dates

  • March 1, 2026: Abstract and clinical case submission open.
  • June 30, 2026 (23:59 CEST): Abstract and clinical case submission deadline.
  • July 15, 2026: Notification to abstract submitters.
  • July 31, 2026: Abstract and clinical case withdraw deadline.

You can submit an abstract or clinical case on one of the following topics:

  1. Hodgkin Lymphoma
  2. Indolent and mantle-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma
  3. Large B cell Lymphomas
  4. Other aggressive lymphomas
  5. Lymphoma biology & translational research
  6. Immunotherapy, cellular and gene-based therapies (incl. CAR T)
  7. Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and novel antibodies constructs
  8. T-cell engaging antibodies (TCEs), bispecific (BsAbs) and trispecific antibodies (TsAbs)
  9. Frailty, older patients and geriatric medicine
  10. Quality of life, ethics, supportive and palliative care
  11. Health economics

Submission specifications

Title count

Maximum of 300 characters, including spaces.

Character limit

Maximum of 3500 characters, including:

  • Spaces
  • Punctuation
  • Headers in the template

Subheadings

Please use the following subheadings:

  • Background
  • Aims
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Summary — Conclusion

Images

  • Images must be submitted as JPEG, TIF, or GIF files.
  • Due to limited space, you can only submit a simple graph/image.
  • Images and graphs should reproduce well in black and white.
  • Image files should not exceed 500 KB.

Authors

There is no limit to the number of authors.

References

References are obligatory when submitting an abstract or clinical case.
