Individual registration

The in-person individual registration fee includes:

  • Access to the scientific and educational sessions of the meeting
  • Opportunities to connect with the faculty during breaks and at the welcome reception
  • Coffee/tea break and welcome reception on September 12
  • Coffee/tea breaks and lunches on September 13 and 14

Early fee (until July 31, 2026; 23:59 CET)

  • Junior EHA members (36 or under): €275
  • EHA members: €375
  • Non-members: €475
  • Polish discounted fee (Country of Practice): €200

Regular fee (until August 31, 2026; 23:59 CET)

  • Junior EHA members (36 or under): €300
  • EHA members: €400
  • Non-members: €500
  • Polish discounted fee (Country of Practice): €200

Late fee (as of September 1, 2026)

  • Junior EHA members (36 or under): €350
  • EHA members: €450
  • Non-members: €550

All fees include VAT.

Discount eligibility

Only members who have paid their membership fee are eligible to receive the discounted registration fee. You can check your EHA membership status by visiting MyEHA or sending an email to [email protected].

Our junior EHA membership fee is only €20. To find out more about eligibility and how you can apply, visit the junior membership page.

Attendees of the Polish Society Congress need to demonstrate their attendance of the congress to be eligible for the discounted rate.

Group registration

Group registrations from institutes are entitled to discounted registration fees. For details, please send an email to [email protected].

Canceling a registration

To cancel your registration, you must email [email protected].

Refund conditions

  • If we receive your cancellation 30 days or more before the beginning of the meeting, we’ll reimburse your registration fee in full (minus bank charges).
  • If we receive your cancellation 30 to 15 days before the beginning of the workshop, we’ll refund 50% of your registration fee (minus bank charges).
  • If we receive your cancellation less than 15 days before the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will not be refunded.
