Individual registration

The in-person individual registration fee includes:

  • Access to the scientific and educational sessions of the meeting
  • Opportunities to connect with the faculty during breaks and at the welcome reception
  • Coffee/tea break and welcome reception on April 30
  • Coffee/tea breaks and lunches on May 1 and 2

Registration fees and timeline

Early fee (until February 3, 2026; 23:59 CET)

  • Junior EHA members (36 or under): €275
  • EHA members: €375
  • Non-members: €475

Regular fee (until March 30, 2026; 23:59 CET)

  • Junior EHA members (36 or under): €300
  • EHA members: €400
  • Non-members: €500

Late fee (as of March 31, 2026)

  • Junior EHA members (36 or under): €350
  • EHA members: €450
  • Non-members: €550

All fees include VAT.

Discount eligibility

Only members who have paid their membership fee are eligible to receive the discounted registration fee. You can check your EHA membership status by visiting MyEHA or sending an email to membership@ehaweb.org.

Our junior EHA membership fee is only €20. To find out more about eligibility and how you can apply, visit the junior membership page.

Group registration

If you would like to register a general group (10 or more persons), please fill in the Group Registration Input Sheet and send it to scientificmeetings@ehaweb.org.

Group registrations from institutes are entitled to discounted registration fees.

As a meeting attendee, you can receive a special reduced room rate at the venue hotel. You can find details of how to book your room in your registration confirmation letter.

Canceling a registration

To cancel your registration, you must email scientificmeetings@ehaweb.org.

Refund conditions

  • If we receive your cancellation 30 days or more before the beginning of the meeting, we’ll reimburse your registration fee in full (minus bank charges).
  • If we receive your cancellation 30 to 15 days before the beginning of the workshop, we’ll refund 50% of your registration fee (minus bank charges).
  • If we receive your cancellation less than 15 days before the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will not be refunded.
