What registration fees cover
In-person registration
With individual, in-person registration, you’ll get:
- Physical access to the scientific and educational sessions of the meeting
- Opportunities to connect with the faculty during breaks
- Coffee/tea breaks during the meeting
Virtual registration
With individual, virtual registration, you’ll get:
- Virtual access to the scientific and educational sessions of the meeting
Virtual registration is:
- Only available to internationals outside of Bangladesh
- The only way to access the tutorial virtually
Registration fees
From within Bangladesh
- In-person registration, specialist: 3000 Taka
- In-person registration, hematology student: 1500 Taka
Bangladeshi local registration is managed by the Haematology Society of Bangladesh (HSB).
Outside Bangladesh
- In-person registration, SAARC participant: €100
- In-person registration, international participants: €200
- Virtual registration, all international: €50
International registration is managed by EHA.
Deadline
The deadline for all types of registration is September 15, 2025 (23:59 CEST).
International registration cancellation policy
To cancel your registration, you must email [email protected].
Refund conditions
- If you cancel up to 30 days before the beginning of the meeting, we’ll reimburse your registration fee in full (minus bank charges).
- If you cancel 30 to 15 days before the beginning of the meeting, we’ll refund 50% of your registration fee (minus bank charges).
- If you cancel less than 15 days before the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will not be refunded.

International travel grant

What the travel grant covers
The travel grant includes:
- Complimentary registration arranged by EHA for on-site attendance
- €500 compensation for travel arrangements (reimbursed after the meeting)
Travel grant eligibility criteria
Applicants must:
- Have an international residency outside Bangladesh
- Be 40 years of age or younger at the time of application
- Have a strong motivation to attend the meeting
To support regional hematologists, applicants with residency in the SAARC or APAC region will have priority.

Travel grant application timeline
- August 15, 2025 (23:59 CEST): Travel grant application deadline.
- August 20, 2025: Applicants are notified of the grant allocation by email.
- August 27, 2025: Deadline for successful applicants to confirm acceptance.
