What you can expect as a mentee
Discover how the Master Class program can benefit you by watching interviews with mentees from our 2024 program.
Eligibility
To apply, you must be an EHA member and one of the following:
- A hematologist
- Receiving hematology training
- Recently completed your specialization
- In the last year of your hematology residency
- Seeing hematology patients
Please ensure that you can actively participate in at least 80% of the program. This is a mandatory pre-requisite.
Information you must provide
As part of the application, you’ll need to include the following:
- A biosketch
- A motivation letter
- Your EHA membership number
Other information
If possible, you should also include a recommendation letter with your application. Please note that this is not mandatory.

We rank applicants based upon their:
- Qualifications
- Experience
- Motivation letter
- Curriculum
- Recommendation letter
We aim to have balance among the different profiles.
