How to apply

Before you begin

Make sure you’ve read:

If you have not yet done so, you’ll also need to become an EHA member or ASH member.

EHA Portal account

To apply, you must be registered on the EHA Portal (Fluxx).

If you already have an EHA Portal account

You can log in using your existing credentials or select ‘Reset or create password’ if you cannot remember your details.

When you log in, make sure you use the email address that EHA has on file. Please note: this is a separate login from the My EHA environment.

If you do not have an EHA Portal account

Go to the EHA Portal and follow the steps under the ‘Create your user profile’ heading.

Please keep in mind that, once you register, it may take up to two business days before your registration is processed and you get access to the system.

Registrations are approved from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00, CET.  

If you submit your application after the deadline date due to late EHA Portal registration, it will not be considered.

Application process

TRTH has a two-step application process, which begins with the submission of a letter of intent (LOI). Only those who meet the LOI requirements and pass the first selection will be invited to submit a full application, for which details will be communicated.

Download letter of intent template. Fill it in and get it duly signed.

TRTH 2027 timeline

  • Application opens: March 23, 2026
  • Deadline for LOI submission: June 18, 2026
  • Invitation for Full Application: First week of August 2026
  • Deadline for Full Application submission: September 3, 2026

Application outcome notifications will be sent during the first week of December.
