SWG Grant-funded projects, 2023
In November and December of 2022, SWGs were invited to develop project ideas and apply for a 2023 SWG Grant.
Applications
We received nine different applications from six SWGs. These applications came from the:
- SWG on Red Cells and Iron (1 application)
- SWG on AML (1 application)
- EHA Lymphoma Group (4 applications)
- SWG on Thrombocytopenias and Platelet Function Disorders (1 application)
- SWG on CML and Aging in Hematology (1 collaborative application)
- SWG on Precision Hematology (1 application)
Winners
All applications were reviewed against our selection criteria. This criteria is explained on the main SWG Grants page.
After careful consideration and fruitful discussion, the SWG Committee chose the following winners:
- Multi-center acute myeloid leukemia study (SWG on AML)
- Splenic marginal zone lymphoma study (EHA Lymphoma Group)
- Standards for functional precision medicine project (SWG on Precision Hematology)
