Your registration includes:

Registration fees and timeline

Early fee (available until January 8, 2026, at 23:59 CET)

  • Junior member: €349
  • Member: €699
  • Non-member: €799

Regular fee (from January 9, 2026)

  • Junior member: €499
  • Member: €799
  • Non-member: €899

All fees include VAT.

Discount eligibility

Only members who have paid their membership fee are eligible to receive the discounted registration fee. You can check your EHA membership status by visiting MyEHA or sending an email to membership@ehaweb.org.

Our junior EHA membership fee is only €20. To find out more about eligibilty and how you can apply, visit the junior membership page.

Group registration

If you would like to register a group (10 or more persons), please fill in the group registration input sheet (XLSX, 23.8 KB) and send it to eharecon@ehaweb.org.

Details of how to book your room are provided in your registration confirmation letter.

You’ll need to arrange your own transportation from the airport to the venue and back. No group transfers will be arranged by EHA.

Scam alert

Beware of unauthorized or fraudulent hotel and registration booking agencies.  

If you’re contacted by any other company or agency offering housing and registration for the EHA ReCon 2026, you should bear in mind that they: 

  • Are not authorized to represent the EHA in any way
  • Do not have access to the officially contracted EHA ReCon 2026 room blocks or rates 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a company’s legitimacy, please contact eharecon@ehaweb.org.

Scammers promote attractive deals but have been known to ‘disappear’ once payment has been received, leaving the hotel with no record of your reservation. 

Cancellation policy

To cancel your registration, you must email eharecon@ehaweb.org.

Refund conditions

  • If you cancel up to 30 days before the beginning of the meeting, we’ll reimburse your registration fee in full (minus bank charges).
  • If you cancel 30 to 15 days before the beginning of the meeting, we’ll refund 50% of your registration fee (minus bank charges).
  • If you cancel less than 15 days before the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will not be refunded.
